1. Who we are

OMGwhat.app ("we", "us") operates a community-powered platform for discovering mobile vendors, markets and pop-ups. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed with it. Do not share your login credentials.

3. Community content

You retain ownership of the content you post (sightings, photos, stories, reviews). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the app for as long as you keep it published. You warrant that you have the right to post it.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
• No spam, fake sightings, or attempts to game scoring systems.
• No impersonation of vendors, other users, or OMGwhat.app staff.
• No scraping, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account termination.

5. Vendors and claims

Vendor listings may be created by the community. Claiming a listing requires proof of ownership. Claimed vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their public information.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

OMGwhat.app is provided "as is". Vendor locations, hours and offerings are community-sourced and may be inaccurate. Verify critical information directly with vendors.
